Don't Worry ~ With Child Proof App Settings.

Set Apps so that they can't be deleted by any one but you.
Go to Settings ~ General
Passcode Lock: Turn Passcode On and enter your own code.
Go to Restrictions ~ Enable Restrictions by entering the code you just created.
Turn Deleting Apps OFF and anything else you don't want students to access.

Lock students into only using one app selected by instructor.
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Guided Access.
Turn guided Access to ON, and set a Passcode.
Then, go to the app that you want your child to focus on and triple-click the Home button.
This will pop up the Guided Access screen and once you tap on Start, the Home button is
locked and your child will not be able to switch to another App.
To get out of the lock, press the Home bottom three times to go back to the Home view.
Just like Dorothy, There is no place like home. Three clicks of the red slippers!
